Four exhibitions by students of The University of Newcastle.

‘Reign of Contexti: A room of ones own works on paper’
Context is an installation examining writing and performance. The work conceptualises how a self translates, integrates and disintegrates a body of work.
‘Foundations’ is a reflection of personal history that utilises the craft of tapestry and acknowledges personal comfort derived through process.
Leeroy Chapman, Nick Barlow, Lynnie Bridge, Ileigh Hellier, Max Jones, Gavin Vitullo.
‘Exponent’ is a curated group show responding to the concept of identity. It explores our relationship[ with our surrounding environments and how this creates a sense of self.
‘Searching for Shells’ combines photo documentation and video-installation inspired by eight ancient mysterious carvings that have exposed genitals known as ‘Sheila-na-gigs’
