It’s going to be an exciting year at Olive Tree leading up to our 10th anniversary celebrations in October!

Here are a few sneak peaks of new stallholders joining us on February 3rd!

Henry & Tunks

If you love ceramics as much as we do, then make sure to visit the beautifully crafted ceramic vessels, and homewares, that designer Lyndel of Henry & Tunks creates. We are in love with her bud vessels in blush pink and hanging planters.

Never Working Mondays

The clever team at Never Working Mondays We work with factories to save their wetsuit offcut waste, usually thrown away, to bring you “Water Baby” Swimwear. Creative re use is a big theme at Olive Tree this month! Pick up your own cute pair of sweet summer swimmers for any little water babe and make a statement to help planet earth!

Mikmat Designs

Jewellery designer Trish has a passion for designing unique accessories in a thoughtful way. The maker studied at COFA (UNSW) and worked in the homewares and fashion industries, both in Australia and overseas, before launching her new project Mikmat. Trish obviously has a love of colour and pattern and aims to bring to life accessories inspired by travel, culture and vintage styles.

Discarded Beauty

We love the philosophy behind artist Ellie Hawthorn’s- Discarded Beauty- sculptural ceramic art works. Ellie’s pieces are a comment on the importance of taking action in our society which throws away huge amounts of resources, that could be recycled, and which cause environment pollution and damage. Ellie says’ My ceramic pieces are delicate compared to rubbish, and therefore they have more value, but I want people to realise that rubbish is just as valuable, and should not be discarded in our environment, as it affects it immensely. I hope my work inspires people to stop littering and start picking up rubbish in order to save and protect our planet. This is a young artists to watch!

The Haloumi Hut

We are always on the hunt for delicious foodies to join us at Olive Tree, and we love Greek Food, so we are really excited to introduce The Haloumi Hut to our foodie followers at our first market for 2018!! The creators Stel and Candice serve amazing Vegetarian and Vegan Greek-inspired goodness. Think yummy pastries, dolmades, hommus and tzatziki, Greek donuts and halouminati fries. We know this one is going to be popular!

Hello Lemonade

Kerri Ann from Hello lemonade makes freshly squeezed lemonade, using lemons grown on the Central Coast, right in front of you to make sure every cup is super fresh and delicious! We love that this super cute stall looks after the environment, by using bio cups and paper straws, and leaves a minimal environmental footprint by not requiring any electricity to run the stall. Clever cookies!
