Cuplet Poetry Night #3

CHRIS BROWN is a poet and teacher. His poems have appeared in Southerly, Overland, The Age, Cordite and Otoliths, among other publications. He is a PhD student at Newcastle University and editor of Puncher & Wattmann’s Slow Loris Chapbook Series.
BENJAMIN DODDS is the author of Regulator (Puncher & Wattmann Poetry, 2014). His work has appeared in Best Australian Poetry, Meanjin, Southerly, Cordite and on Radio National’s Poetica program. He is on the judging panel of the inaugural Quantum Words Science Poetry Competition.
KAIT FENWICK is a queer poet and sometimes essayist living on Awabakal country. Their work has been featured in Archer, Cordite Poetry Review, Butch is Not A Dirty Word and the Contemporary Australian Feminist Poetry Anthology. ‘Burning Between’ is their debut chapbook published via Puncher & Wattmann’s Slow Loris series.
DR GARETH JENKINS is currently editing Anthony Mannix’s first collection of writing, due for publication with Puncher & Wattmann in 2018. His own first full-length collection of poetry, ‘Recipes for the Disaster’ will be published by Five Islands Press in 2019. He makes text-based art at Square One Studios in Sydney. CLAIRE ALBRECHT is writing her PhD in Poetry at the University of Newcastle. Her current work investigates the connections between poetry/photography and sex/politics. Claire’s poems appear in Cordite Poetry Review, Overland Literary Journal, Plumwood Mountain and The Suburban Review. She was shortlisted in the 2018 Subbed In Chapbook Prize, and won her field in the Secret Spaces Youth Writing Prize 2018. Her debut chapbook ‘pinky swear’ recently launched and will hopefully be available for purchase.
