CALL OUT – This Is Me – Young Women’s Photography Program

Coming up in May 2017 at Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre is the This Is Me photography and self-identity program. This is Me is a 8 week program for girls in Year 7 & 8 who live in Newcastle. The program is designed to empower girls who have issues with self-identity, self-esteem, mental health or behavioural issues. The program will be facilitated by Simone Darcy, a photography teacher with sessions lead by  Lindy Gemmell, an Adolescent and Family Counsellor and program support given by Bridget Noonan the manager of Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre. The program will run on Monday evenings 4.30pm-6.30pm starting on May 1st 2017.
