‘ART FOR WARATAH’ Portrait exhibition

The members of Portrait Painters Hunter were invited by Hunter Health to hang an exhibition of their recent paintings in the Waratah Campus

The portraits are displayed for 3 months throughout the Organisational Leaning and teaching division of the campus, on the walls of the wide corridors and conference/workshop rooms and Boardroom.  This facility has hundreds of health workers passing through these area as they come to train or hold seminars.

There are  21 artists involved and the 2 very large mosaic portraits (2mt x 2.4mt) from the ‘the Hunter – Let’s Face It’ exhibitions in 2014 and 2015,  suited the wide foyer space and Boardroom.

Sales from this exhibition contribute to money raised by the facility to go to John Hunter Children’s Hospital.
