An exciting two months is coming up at The Olive Tree Market with extra markets and the Christmas Market Festival!
Olive Tree will have two markets this November- November 3rd & 17th! 2012 has seen The Olive Tree Market grow considerably with a new group of talented artists & designers joining the Olive Tree Community. The market now has over 120 high quality stalls representing categories including: printmaking, fashion, painting, illustration, home-wares, textile arts, photography, jewellery, children’s clothing & handmade toys, woodwork and more! There is also a bustling gourmet produce section in addition to the delicious food stalls with delicious cuisine from around the world to enjoy on market day!
December will see The Olive Tree Market’s Christmas Market Festival this December 1st! This is the biggest and most anticipated market of the year with more stalls, entertainment and lots of surprises! It is also the perfect opportunity to support Newcastle & The Hunters contemporary artists & design this festive season by purchasing unique high quality handmade gifts directly from the hands of the makers! There will be a second Christmas Market held on December 17th to give the last minuter shoppers the opportunity of buying fantastic locally made work.
The will be a talented collection of local musicians and performers featured at each market. Including: Grace Turner, Jack Dawson, Georgie-Rose Kefecek, Sorella Strings, Earthen Rhythms and more!
