Open to all levels, this class caters for beginners and beyond. The emphasis is on having a fun, physical workout while learning to shake your booty with Brazilian grace, style and sensuality. Experience the energy and excitement of Brazil's Samba Schools and Blocos. Afro-Brazilian, Samba Reggae, Bahian and Rio-style moves are covered. Enjoy the spirit of carnival every week. Classes are casual, so no need to book. Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you have time to sign in and warm up before class starts.

What to wear & what to bring
Stretchy dance gear or comfortable exercise wear is recommended, something that won't limit your range of motion. It's best to wear sneakers or dance shoes without heels. You can also dance barefoot although you will lack a bit of support. Bring extra clothes for after class, and some water because you will sweat.
