AN important Aboriginal site on Stockton Beach is believed to have been specifically targeted by callous vandals.

Described as the largest and most diverse Aboriginal midden on Worimi land, the fenced-off collection of meeting places near the beach access road at Anna Bay was damaged overnight on Wednesday.

They run heaps of different programs that support Aboriginal families, new parents and parents to be, young people who don't live with their families, and their carers. Through the Weeya and Goo-ro-mul programs, Wandyali work with families who have children up to 16 uears old and teenagers.
