Imprints: a contemporary art project that will create and exhibit a new, innovative and exciting collection of thought provoking, interdisciplinary work that embraces the Central Coast Community.
Connecting place and identity; individual stories from today and yesterday, telling the stories, memories and oral history that defines our region in a contemporary way.
This project is inclusive of our indigenous, multi-cultural and our intergenerational community.
We are looking for two professional artists; one Indigenous and one non-Indigenous, with experience in one or more of the following disciplines: video, film, photography, composing, audio production and storytelling.
This project involves inviting the Central Coast community into a caravan to tell their story. The selected artists will be required to spend 14 days and 7 nights on location. Accommodation may include: a tipi, lighthouse, cabin, caravan and beach house.
