We are surrounded by objects in our everyday life that we take for granted, either as functional forms, or collected for our visual pleasure. This exhibition takes the object out of its context and is made into something new thereby eliminating its original purpose. The artists presenting these works have enjoyed the challenge of making quirky, fun, thoughtful and curious, or simply aesthetic object d’Art pieces, and in turn, challenges the viewer to respond with an open mind.
