Christmas truly has come early this year - Renew Newcastle is thrilled to announce a tremendous opportunity for quality unique art, craft & design projects to take place in Newcastle’s most iconic retail location.

Renew Newcastle is now calling for proposals for retail or gallery projects by artists and creatives to take place in the Ground Floor of the iconic David Jones building on Hunter St Mall, Newcastle for an 11-week period over summer. Wow! We are excited too!

It’s an amazing opportunity with excellent exposure in a high profile and well positioned location. We are looking for can-do people who do interesting things and can present them in a professional and beautiful way, to really take advantage of this location and the attention it will get from Newcastle and beyond.

Deadline for applications is Monday 29 October.

This is a special project in partnership with property owners The GPT Group and Landcom, which wouldn’t be possible without the support we are receiving for the project from Hunter Development Corporation, Newcastle City Council, NewCert and APP Group.
