Tantrum Theatre’s production, directed by Brendan O’Connell, of Newcastle playwright Carl Caulfield’s play 2039 is an exploration of a post-apocalyptic society that mirrors our own. The play explores reality, construct and control. What has been constructed to maintain the status quo?

Welcome to the November edition of the Regional Arts NSW e-bulletin.

The Urban Indigenous Artist Exchange Program will create an opportunity for an Indigenous visual artist to travel to Canada.

The exchange will focus on building networks, economic capacity, an understanding of cultural values and expanding Indigenous artistic practice internationally.

Presented by the UTS Centre for Creative Practice and Cultural Economy and Arts NSW at the University of Technology, Sydney, on 24 August 2010, this public forum considered place-based approaches to creative enterprise development in London, Manchester and elsewhere.
