SCIENCE ARTS LAUNCH 11 DEC

Octapod will host an event on Thurs 11 Dec, 6-8pm at 401 Shopfront on Hunter St to mark the completion of the Science Arts Initiative. This project has involved a collaboration between artists and scientists from across a broad range of scientific backgrounds including architecture, space physics, and chemical engineering. The project aimed to give the public an accessible window into the minds of scientists, with a particular view to science itself. Just as important was developing scientists' creativity; engaging scientists in a deeper reflection of the role of science and its place in the community.
