ACT III is the advanced level acting tuition program.

This program focuses on set works and repertoire with the objective of transferring theory into practice.  There is an expectation of critical analysis and appraisal from fellow students.  In doing so, participants benefit from the feedback of a larger audience and establish an appreciation of self from very early in the program.  Guest tutors contribute to a range of topic areas.  There is a considerable focus on Musical Theatre from two perspectives:  firstly, it is an excellent foundation for vocal development and exercise; and secondly, it provides various perspectives of the relational facets between characters and allows exploration of the dynamics of acting on many levels. (Relationship, personal objective, reaction, discourse, space, conflict, irony, comedy, tragedy, emotion, non-verbal communication, dialogue, desire and so on)
