Debra Liel-Brown STUDIO
Many art lovers find a visit to a professional artist's studio is a fascinating experience. A studio visit is relaxed and informal. Artists often cover their walls with a myriad of images and objects that are the inspiration for their art. The creative process is easy to understand. The artist's mind is the playground, - instead of collecting stamps they collect concepts, colour combinations, textures, found objects, rhythms, emotional memories, patterns, anatomical and strucural information, etc.
The studio is tucked away in the quiet suburban streets of Raymond Terrace. As you enter, a surprising garden oasis opens up leading to the working studio where you can see paintings in progress or look through the gallery. Art classes for kids and adults are available - beginners to advanced.
