Location

Callicoma Hill provides environmentally friendly self contained eco-cabins high in the mountains above the Hunter Valley on the edge of the world heritage listed Barrington wilderness area. It is about 2 hours west of Newcastle (40 minutes north of Singleton.

Being remote, on a forested property, and with wonderful views south over the Hunter, it provides an excellent venue for a range of cultural activities, especially photography, a retreat for painting, drawing or writing and of course bushwalking.

The cabin accommodates up to 10 people, while a separate bunkhouse and camping sites are also available for larger groups.

We organise an annual program of events, including the Baerami Bush Dance, and Historic Movies Under the Stars.
