Arthive is proud to launch 2010 with Tyes’ To the House, a collaborative exhibition featuring SHANE WESTERNHAGEN and RHIANNON DAWSON.
For Shane Westernhagen, drawing and memory are two in the same, it has always been there inspiring him to create. His works have been exhibited regularly at a number of local galleries including Watt Space, John Miller Galleries and Back to Back. With a talent that is out-of-this-world his works draw the viewer into a universe of their own, filled with menacing magic and mystery.
A ghostland of animals and people that have lived, worked, and battled together and ultimately, died together...
