Hunter Arts Network (HAN) has set up a series of Art Bazaar Cruise Markets to coincide with cruise ships arriving in Newcastle, which complement the quarterly art bazaars held around the Hunter. Locals & visitors are all invited to browse & shop at all Art Bazaars.

Handmade in the Hunter Market is a small, country market located in the rose-lined gardens of Kevin Sobels Wines (corner of Broke and Halls Road) on the main street into the Pokolbin vineyards. It is a 100% handmade-only market, where EVERY item in EVERY stall is handmade by the person selling it to you. As such, it is the only market of its kind in the winery area.

A display of artwork from our local artists emulating the skilled work of past masters.  Guest artist during this period is our talented painter Howard Ireland 3 Jan to 5 Feb 2013.  Deputy Mayor Sally Dover will open the exhibition on Friday 25th January at the gallery.  Admission is $5 at the door. Great finger food and drinks.

A wonderful display of paintings featuring subjects from the Port Stephens area.  Guest artist during this period is Howard Ireland 3 Jan to 5 Feb 2013.  Our Garden Cafe is now serving tea, coffee and a cake or a  light lunch from 10.30am to 2.30pm Saturdays and Sundays.
