Lake Macquarie Classic Boatfest is a 2 day festival that celebrates classic boats designed before 1975. It includes around 100 boats on display on hardstand and in the water, marine related displays, live entertainment, amusement rides, art displays, vintage cars and farm machinery, forums for boaties, kid’s easter egg hunt and Aboriginal Cultural Cruises on the Lake on the Solar Sailor.

STRING’EM’UP, the  Sunday Interlude concert at Adamstown Uniting Centre on 21st October, features outstanding young musicians plucking and bowing a variety of string instruments including guitar, violin, and harp, with special guest and mentor, guitarist, Guiseppe Zangari. Morning tea is served from 10.30am, with music at 11am. Tickets $12, concession $10, child $5.

Keyboard Sketches, the Sunday Interlude concert on 24th June at Adamstown Uniting Centre, features the brilliant and charismatic pianist, Jordan Wett,  as well as a line-up of exciting and talented young musicians. Morning tea is served in the Hall at 10.30am, with the concert in the church at 11.
